Sugar Land Surgical Hospital

The two story steel buildings includes operating rooms, recovery rooms as well as all the latest amenities. The project includes steel framed canopies at the front and back entries. The project was led by architectural firm Browne McGregor Architects, Jim McGregor principal and Emanuel Flores project architect.

This project was designed and managed by Oscar Valdez working at Haynes Whaley Associates.

St Lukes MAC III

The Medical Arts Center III at the St. Lukes campus consists of three story tilt-wall panels with one additional steel framed floor above that. The steel structure at the top floor creates a more open feel. The  project was completed with architecture firm Browne McGregor Architects, Charles Browne principal and Corey Porter project architect.

Memorial Hermann Medical Office Building

The Memorial Hermann Hospital system decided to expand the office capacity in three of their campuses.  Jeffrey Brown,Jeannette Shaw and Caveh Masum with Powers Brown Architecture designed a prototypical building to be built at the three locations.  These buildings are 4-story, single panel tilt-up buildings with composite steel interior framing.
