WESTGATE TRANSWESTERN
New office park in West Houston developed by Transwestern includes two 4 story and one 5 story tilt-wall office buildings and three precast garages. The tilt-walls were recessed at certain locations to allow glass facade to bypass and create an appearance of openness. The project was lead by architectural firm Powers Brown Architecture and managed by Brian Burnett and Raul Medrano.

GRANITE BRIARPARK GREEN
Granite Briarpark Green is a 12-story post-tensioned concrete building located in the westchase district of Houston. Designed by Jeff Gerber and Jeanette DiCorcia with PGAL for Granite properties, this building achieved LEED Gold certification.
This project was designed by Marco Cano working at Haynes Whaley Associates.
La Cantera West Ridge South
USAA and Patrinely Group teamed up to develop WestRidge, a new office development at La Cantera. The masterplan design sets out to highlight the unique character of the surrounding Texas Hill Country while providing 129,000 sq. feet of first class office space. The project was completed with Architectural firm Gensler and managed by Hal Sharp and Roland Garza.
